Product Development
All cuddles are designed by Keptin-Jr. With this Keptin-Jr guarantees the simple design of her products.
The product development process includes the control: are all the safety requirements met? Are the cuddles firm enough? Does a cuddle offers enough playing ability?
Keptin-Jr guarantees the top quality of her products, because for every product the product development
process gets redone.
Each cuddle has a unique file which includes patterns and detailed information for production. The production unit receives the instruction to produce the comforters and Cuddle toys exactly as specified.

Purchase
The materials witch the products are made of are carefully tested by the department Purchase. Are the materials biological raised? Is the quality firm enough? Are the colour still good after many washes? These are just a few of the many questions who are being answered.
After the materials have been approves, they are bought and transported to the place of production.

Customer Service&Sales
Keptin-Jr has customers around the entire world. From the department Customer Service & Sales all the questions from you as retailer or customer are being answered as adequate as possible.

Warehouse&Distribution.
Keptin-Jr wants the orders to be delivered as soon as possible to his customers. To guarantee this all the products are being kept at stock in the warehouse. Orders from customers are carefully packed in order to make sure that the product are undamaged when they arrive. Shipping happens with reputable distribution partners, who will guarantee a quick and secure delivery.
